Intercultural Management

The intercultural background of an individual shapes their way of working and their attitude. Regarding the 5 cultural dimensions of interaction with time, structure, rules, hierarchy and communication, cultural differences can be accounted for and made understandable.

In our intercultural consultation service, participants receive explicit knowledge of their own culture as well as options for adapting to an unfamiliar culture. This enables a more efficient, more successful collaboration with other cultures.

You can find out about further details on this training service in our â€śIntercultural Management” folder.
