The management development programme supports managers in their role as leaders responsible for change and stabilisation processes. After the development needs of the participants have been assessed, the contents of the programme will be individually adapted to suit their needs and those of the company.
In the foreground of this work is the optimal realisation of company goals through satisfied employees who are continually challenged and encouraged. The management learns to bring themselves and the engagement of the employees into focus in such a way that an effective contribution toward the success of the company can be made. The higher-level, often abstract, company goals are broken down into the individual areas of responsibility and made transparent to employees. In this way, the strategy of the company is translated into specific departmental goals and ultimately into personal employee goals.
